The manual for universities and school homes contains the basic operating conditions of higher education institutions and the basic operating conditions of student homes for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic and for the needs of compliance with anti-epidemic measures and recommendations. It regulates only those basic operating conditions that differ (or are modified beyond the scope) from the standard conditions resulting from school, hygiene, labor law and other regulations.
